WEC Contract for WIS 4900, 4905, WIS 4911, WIS 4915 & WIS 4941 - This form is used by students to register for WEC independent study or independent research, honors research, practical work experiences or internships or an extension education internship. Complete this form, check that you do not have any holds on your registration, and then send to Dr. Christina Romagosa, WEC Undergraduate Coordinator to sign. She will send it to Maureen Cox, WEC Advisor to add the course to your schedule.

UF Application for Dual Degree Form (across all Colleges) - Use the Dual Degree form found on http://www.registrar.ufl.edu/forms.html.

UF Late Degree Application Process - This process is used by students who miss the semester deadline to submit their Degree Application. Student must go ASAP to Maureen Cox, Undergraduate Advisor, to fill out a late degree application and be late-added to the College's degree list.

WEC Common Course Requirements and Focus Course Plan - Use this form to select WEC Common Courses and WEC Focus Courses upon entering the major. Your faculty advisor and Dr. Christina Romagosa, WEC Undergraduate Coordinator, must both approve your choices. Return completed form to WEC Student Services to have this information programmed into your Degree Audit.

WEC Revision to Focus Course Plan - Use this form to revise your WEC Focus Course Plan only if your Focus Courses have already been approved by your faculty advisor and Dr. Steve Johnson, WEC Undergraduate Coordinator, submitted to WEC Student Services, and programmed into your Degree Audit. Dr. Christina Romagosa must also approve your revisions. Return completed form to WEC Student Services to update your Degree Audit.
