General Academic Advising

If you are majoring in Wildlife Ecology & Conservation, your student services advisor, Maureen Cox, is located in the Office of Student Services at 102 Newins-Ziegler Hall. This office is open every semester, including the summer, from Monday through Friday. Appointments for advising can be made by email to Kelley Graff (mjcox@ufl.edu) or calling (352) 846-0554. Students are also welcome on a walk-in basis during open advising hours.

Faculty Advisors & Mentors

You have also been assigned to a wildlife faculty advisor and mentor. Students are strongly encouraged to consult with their faculty advisors during their first semester and at least annually after that. Faculty have posted office hours for students, and will also meet with you by appointment. Contact information is provided on the reverse side of this handout.

Your faculty advisor is assigned to you based on the first digit of your UF Identification Number if you are in the Wildlife Ecology & Conservation specialization.

All Wildlife students in the Pre-Professional specialization are assigned to Dr. Bridget Baker, regardless of their UFID Number.

Spring 2024 Faculty Advisor Office Hours
