UF Late Degree Application Process - This process is used by students who miss the semester deadline to submit their Degree Application using ISIS. Student must go ASAP to 2020 McCarty D to meet with Mr. James Fant to be late-added to the College's degree list.

WEC Contract for WIS 4905, WIS 4911, WIS 4915 & WIS 4941 - This form is used by students to register for WEC independent study or independent research, honors research, and practical work experiences or internships. Complete this form, check that you do not have any holds on your registration, and meet with WEC Student Services to be registered.
